Process
The working principle of the flat steel finishing machine is to use two sets of leveling wheels arranged in an upper and lower staggered manner to front straightening and finally level the cold flat steel rough pieces in the thickness direction; use a pair of relatively arranged finishing wheels to squeeze them in the width direction so that the width is compressed to reach the expected parameters, and the compression amount is adjustable; use 5 staggered straightening wheels to straighten the width. This system is mainly composed of a control box, finishing rollers, front straightening unit, finishing unit, and straightening unit.
The production process can be summarized as: front straightening → finishing → straightening → post-leveling.
