Round welded steel pipes, also known as welded pipes, are steel pipes made by welding steel plates or strips after curling and forming, and are generally fixed in length of 6 meters.
Welded square pipes, also known as welded pipes, are square pipes made by welding steel plates or strips after curling.
Process
Welded pipes are formed by hot-rolled coils through a forming machine, which deform the steel coils into a smooth cylindrical shape. The edge of the tube blank is heated and melted by the collection effect and proximity effect of high-frequency current or the arc burning under the flux layer, and finally cooled and formed. Large-diameter or thicker welded pipes are generally made directly from steel billets, while small welded pipes and thin-walled welded pipes only need to be directly welded through steel strips. Then, after simple polishing and wire drawing, it is done.
Raw material uncoiling-leveling-end shearing and welding-loop-forming-welding-removal of internal and external weld beads-pre-correction-induction heat treatment-sizing and straightening-eddy current detection-cutting-water pressure inspection-pickling-final inspection (strict control)-packaging-shipping.
